Phillip and Martin took over management of the Edwards Waterhouse Inn in January 2024. Their commitment to growing community and embracing local resources is a guiding principal of all they do at the Bed and Breakfast. Martin is a Senior Architect for the US Army Corps of Engineers and Phillip teaches voice and piano at School of the Arts, Rochester, and is the founder and director of the Fredonia Community Choir and Main Street Studios Community Theatre Project.

In addition to our lovingly restored interior, the Edwards Waterhouse Inn has two beautiful porches, a pergola with water feature, and a fire pit for guest use.

Every so often, the Inn's beloved fur-babies come out to say hello! Please let us know if you want to give them some love! (or if you have any allergies!)

Formed in 2016 by Phillip, the Fredonia Community Choir has rehearsed at the EWI often over the past two years bringing beautiful music to a space which seems meant for it!

Our incredible local theatre, Main Street Studios, sometimes comes and shares their talents at the Inn! If you're lucky you might catch them rehearsing!
