Founded in 2012, the Edwards Waterhouse Inn has been Fredonia's Premier Bed and Breakfast for over a decade.  Our lovingly restored and updated Queen Anne mansion is the ideal home away from home.  Here at the EWI, we strive to support our community and work extensively with local farmers and artisans to provide the best experience possible to our guests.  Each guest receives a complimentary breakfast featuring fresh fruit, home baked pastries, and choice of seasonal entree!
